RACEDAY CREATIVE
Royal Ascot hold various family racedays throughout the year. These events are generally themed and have something for everyone. The breif generally is to communicate a fun day out for all the family at Royal Asctot. The creative is then used accross trade press, race cards, invites, e-blasts and various other forms of communication.

FAMILY RACEDAY, SUMMER CREATIVE
Ascot wanted to sell in the fact that all of these famous childrens TV characters were going to be there on the same day in the one place. The creative had to be bright, colourful, fun and bring in the fact that the kids can interact with them.
They also wanted to communicate in some way that they were racing and also Scotty the Ascot Mascot had to be thrown into the mix too.

FAMILY RACEDAY, HALLOWEEN CREATIVE
The key message for this raceday was, come racing at Ascot this halloween and you get a whole days entertainment with the thrill of the racing followed by the excitement of the fireworks. The creative had to be set at night but still needed to have lots of colour and excitement in the illustration.
Again, Scotty the Ascot Mascot had to be thrown into the mix too.

FAMILY RACEDAY, CHRISTMAS CREATIVE
This one was a Family Race-day with a traditional Christmas theme, Santa, fairground rides, reindeer, carol singing. All the old Christmas favorites.
Again, Scotty the Ascot Mascot had was thrown into the mix.

LADIES RACEDAY, CHRISTMAS SHOPPING VILLAGE
Ascot were looking to try and reach the ladies that lunch with the idea that they can come out for the day with their friends to enjoy a drink, good company and the thrill of the racing and have the time to fit in some Christmas shopping.
The main objective was to Capture the Christmas feel with a slightly rustic edge, more of a ‘traditional’ Christmas market with the idea they can do the Christmas shopping in a relaxed and stylish atmosphere – why get through the crush of the shops when you can shop at the Ascot Christmas Shopping Village. Relax and shop in a stylish setting, stand out from the crowd.
